Ruskind Bond early life
Anglo Indian author, who started writing at the age of sixteen. He was graduated from Bishop cotton school in shimla. During his schooling period, he won several writting competition include Irwin Divinity Prize and the Hailey Literature Prize. one of the short story "Untouchable" was written by him at the age of sixteen in (1951). That boy leter established him self as a great author name is Ruskind Bond.
During that year, He went aunt's house in the channel island (UK) in 1951 after following his high school education for better prospects. At that time he started writing his first novel , The Room on the Roof. This novel based on Anglo-Indian orphans boy.
After return in India he sustained him self financially by writing short story, poem for news paper and magazine. Since from his writing, he published more then 50 plus books for children. Some of his story and characters is very popular.
